Situation Successful In My Life

In French because we first have bad grades, because we didn´t understand anything, so we propose ourselves to get better grades, and we successfully had better grades now. We use the Character strenghts: Optimism, Grit, Self Control.

Problem In My Life

When my father was complaining with me I didn´t have Character Strenghts because I could have self control, and my father could understand my point of view.

In general our lifes are changing thanks to the new habits we are having, and also to the Character Strenghts.

We have optimism and grit, because when we can´t do some homeworks we try until we do correct the things so that´s why we think we have optimism, and we have grit because when we have bad grades in French we don´t get mad, we try until we achieve.

1. When someone help you in a topic, be GRATEFUL.

2. When something doesn´t be so good be OPTIMISTIC.

3. When someone do something bad to you, have SELF CONTROL, and tell your teacher.

4. When you see someone is alone, have SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE, and invite him with you.

5. When something doesn´t goes like you planned, have GRIT and keep doing it.

Miss Sandra is married and she has two sons one has 24 years and the other 16 years.

Her studies are Philosophy and Letters,  and Master of Education

• Optimism: We think she has optimism because every class we were with her, she always tell us stories about her life, eventought some stories were sad she said that she was very optimistic.

• Zest: We think she has zest because she always sees the good things of everything.

• Self Control: We think she has self-control because when she gets mad she talk to us intead of scream.

The Character Strenghts she thinks she has are:

• Grit: Because when she proposes something, she doesn't give up until she obtains it.

• Gratitud: All the days in the morning she gives thanks to God.

• Generosity: She is generosity because she help in a orphanage for children.

There is not a great difference beetween what we put and what she said us because she still have all that Character Strengths.
